Press Release: Arcamed Earns Good Wages Initiative Certification

Arcamed has officially committed to the Good Wages Initiative of Indianapolis as a Certified Employer. This certification highlights Arcamed’s ongoing dedication to fair compensation, employee well-being, and building a stronger local economy.

Indianapolis’ Good Wages Initiative emerged in order to showcase employers paying good wages that sustain workers and support more employers in doing so.

The Good Wages Initiative recognizes Marion County employers who pledge to pay all full-time employees at least $18 per hour and offer employer-sponsored health insurance. This commitment reflects our belief that competitive wages and strong benefits aren’t just good for business—they’re essential for building a thriving team and community.
