Our Foundation
The idea for Arcamed took shape in 2011 when founders Greg Maurer and Kevin Etzkorn recognized that orthopedic Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) were being consistently underserved by their supply chain and experiencing long lead times, poor quality control, and weak customer service. Armed with this insight, they launched Arcamed in 2012. Despite its startup beginnings, Arcamed quickly established a reputation for excellence driven by delivering on promises of concierge service, industry-leading lead times, and on-time delivery.
